A number of Mexican jewelry pieces have been designed in the style of William Spratling, other pieces are inspired by Matilde Poulat, artists Dominguez and Rivera of Mexico City.

Our collection of Mexican jewelry includes pieces that are eagle stamped, pre-eagle stamped, and numbered stamp pieces.  In addition to our vintage pieces, we also feature current Mexican artisan pieces, including necklaces, bracelets, pendants, sterling belt buckles inlaid with rose gold and semi-precious stones, and a unique collection of PURE silver pins from Victor Pereyra, whose work we love for its uniqueness and style (see our Featured Artist section for more information on this artist!).

All of our pieces are hand selected with our customer in mind - a person who values fine quality silver and expert craftsmanship as well as great design. Rare Matilde Poulat .950 Candelaria

Matilde Poulat’s early pieces are a collectors dream but her Candelarias are even more highly sought after as they are so hard to find today! This Matilde Poulat piece is truly of museum quality with all stones intact. The Candelaria features a delicately carved Virgin’s face in ivory. The piece is set with turquoise and coral cabochon stones and Mexican Amethyst. Matilde Poulat’s attention to detail is fabulous as she borders the dress with rectangular pieces of turquoise highlighting the hem with twisted applied wire. The embossed birds are highly detailed with defined feathers and spectacular tail feathers and are each set with turquoise eyes.
